Very cool project – well done.
Question: How did you determine the amount of Helium to use? I would have used just enough to life the payload. That way there would be room for maximum expansion in order to achieve maximum altitude.
But 93000 feet is pretty amazing.

Remember, to avoid FAA-filing the payload needs to be <4lbs
